Dr. C. Michael Kelly Speaks At March 3 Symphony Concert.

The Delaware County Symphony (DCS) will host a free pre-concert conversation led by Dr. C. Michael Kelly titled, Lesser Lights Can Still Shine Brightly. This program will be on Sunday March 3, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm in the McNichol Room of the Meagher Theatre at Neumann University in Aston, PA.

These lively and informative pre-concert conversations offer audience members historical and musical insights to enhance appreciation of each symphonic concert.

The March 3 concert is titled Images of Eastern Europe and will feature guest soloist Blanka Bednarz performing Szymanowski's Violin Concerto No. 1. Included in this program will be Dvorak's Carnival Overture and Kalinnikov's Symphony No.1 in G Minor.

The DCS performs four symphonic concerts and four chamber concerts each season in the beautiful 300 seat Meagher Theatre. For additional information on these concerts please call 610-879-7059 or visit us at www.dcsmusic.org
