Sniffing Out A Suspect
Police could be forced to follow their noses following an unusual theft at a Springfield shop.
The following information was supplied by the Springfield Police Department. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven otherwise. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Retail Theft—The Bath & Body Works Store in the Springfield Mall between 9 a.m. on Jan. 3 and 2:12 p.m. on Jan. 4. The store reported that someone stole 23 bottles of Fragrance Mist from a display in the front of the store. The loss was valued in excess of $300.
