Springfield's Marcia Fitzpatrick will be on the field and appearing around the community as a returning member of the Phillies Ballgirl team.

According to an article posted on the Delaware County Times website in January 2012, Fitzpatrick is a graduate of the Agnes Irwin school and a Fashion Industry Management Student at Philadelphia University.

The Phillies say that outstanding softball skills on the field are only a part of the job. The Ballgirls team manager says representing the Phillies at events all over the Delaware Valley is an even bigger part of the job.

The 2013 Ballgirls team is scheduled to have a team photo shoot on Saturday.
