Union Posts Game Schedule

Ten Union games to be nationally televised

 

The Philadelphia Union posted its 2013 game schedule to its website. The soccer club will open its season on March 2 at PPL Park in Delaware County at 4pm against Sporting Kansas City.

Of the team’s 34 matches, there will be 13 Saturday games.

The opening game against Kansas City will be televised locally on 6ABC. Ten of the team’s games will be nationally televised:

  • March 30 away against New York on NBC Sports
  • April 21 away against D.C. United on ESPN2
  • May 11 away against Chicago on NBC Sports
  • June 23 at home against New York on ESPN
  • June 29 at home against Dallas on NBC Sports
  • August 10 at home against D.C. United on NBC Sports
  • August 17 away against New York on NBC Sports
  • September 8 away against San Jose on ESPN2
  • September 27 away against Kansas City on NBC Sports
  • October 26 at home against Kansas City on NBC Sports

The local television schedule has not yet been released.

"Full season ticket plans for Union matches are on sale now. Partial season ticket plans will go on sale Monday, January 14, and single game tickets will be available beginning January 18 at 10:00 a.m.," according to the Philadelphia Union's website.
