In observance of the Christmas holiday, most government buildings will be closed both Monday and Tuesday and some local businesses will be closed, while some will have limited hours.

The following businesses will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 24-25, unless otherwise stated.
Township Buildings
- Springfield Township Administration Building: Open Monday, Closed Tuesday
- Springfield Township Public Library: Closed Monday and Tuesday
- Springfield Ice Skating Rink: Closed Tuesday
Automotive
- Department of Motor Vehicles: Closed Tuesday
- U.S. Post Office: Closed at noon Monday, Closed Tuesday
- UPS Store: Closed Monday and Tuesday
Beverages
- Wine and Spirits Store: Closed at 6 p.m. Monday, Closed Tuesday
Banks
- Wells Fargo: Closed at 3 p.m. Monday, Closed Tuesday
- Citi Bank: Closed Tuesday
- TD Bank: Closed at 3 p.m. Monday, Closed Tuesday
- Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union: Closed at 1 p.m. Monday, Closed Tuesday
Shopping
- Springfield Mall: Open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Closed Tuesday (Mall anchor stores, restaurants, and select stores may have varying hours).
- Giant: Closed at 6 p.m. Monday, Closed Tuesday
