Hosted by Surrey Services for Seniors, move and groove to
the music in this fun exercise class perfect for older adults! Taught by certified instructors, sit, stand, or combine both to get your heart pumping and your muscles moving for only $3.00 per class. Stretch bands, foam balls, and small
weights are used to enhance your workout. This class is held on Mondays from 1:00pm to 1:45pm and Tuesdays from 10:00am to 10:45am. Fit one, or both, class times into your schedules. We're looking forward to seeing you!
