Why Go: Fort Fitness presents an intense workout. The workout consists of 30 minutes of boot camp, 30 minutes of kettlebells and 30 minutes of core training. Focus on your speed, agility and endurance during boot camp and your strength training during the kettlebells workout. Core training consists of work on your abs, hips and back. Pay at the door or online.
