- Where: Church and Market Street, West Chester
- Why Go: Choose your race. Race as a 3-member team through the downtown West Chester loop (1.67 miles) or race as an individual runner and attempt to trump the relays (5 Miles) to win it all. A portion of this race benefits the Great Guys Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to Bringing Hope Home by financially supporting families battling cancer in the Philadelphia area.

2. Santa Arrives by Whirly Bird
- When: Saturday, December 15 at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
- Where:
- Why Go: Santa trades in his sleigh for a helicopter and lands at the American Helicopter Museum for photos, treats and fun. Helicopter rides are also offered from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

- When: Saturday, Dec. 15 from 5 - 7 p.m.
- Where:
- Why Go: Come skate with Santa on Saturday evening. Pictures with Santa are free so don't forget to bring your camera or check out the event pictures the day after on the Marple Sports Arena Facebook page.
- Cost: Skate: $5, Roller Blades: $2, 5-story Indoor Playground: $10.
- When: Saturday, Dec. 15 from 1:45 - 3:15 p.m.
- Where: Skatium, 1010 Darby Rd, Havertown
- Why Go: Bring the family out to watch this holiday exhibition hosted by the Delaware County Skating Club featuring Club Members and Guest Skaters. Admission fee includes skating, skate rental, and light fare provided by the Skatium Diner. Performance is 30 minutes followed by Friends and Family skate. General public is welcome to this festive, holiday event at the Skatium!

5. Christmas Planetarium Show
- When: December 14 and 15. 7 and 8 p.m. shows each night
- Where:
- Why Go: The show is based on a dialog between an astronomer and his five-year-old daughter who wants to know why we have certain Christmas traditions. The show explains the origins of many of our Christmas customs and then investigates when Jesus might have been born. For more information, please visit their website.
- Cost: Reserve tickets by emailing planet@eastern.edu with name and number of seats requested. $5.00 per seat.
