There are 13 open houses scheduled for the weekend of September 8-9 in Springfield, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive open house is 135 N Hillcrest Road and is listed at $675,000.

There are two newly listed homes that have open houses this weekend that you don't want to miss.

126 Hillview Drive, listed at $329,500 this home has three bedrooms, three baths and is updated throughout, including a new roof.

322 Lynbrooke Road, this stone colonial has three bedrooms, two baths and is listed at $315,000.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to check out 200 Welsh Drive, which is listed at $224,889.
