Check out the two open houses this weekend in Springfield.

There are two open houses scheduled for the weekend of August 3 in the Springfield area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

Both homes are new on the market this week.

228 N Highland Road is listed at $699,000 and has four bedrooms, five baths and is situated in a quiet neighborhood.

16 Plymouth Road is listed at $258,900 and features three bedrooms, three baths and an inground pool.
