New Buffet's Announced Opening is Now Delayed

Ichiban Buffet originally posted signs about opening in March. Now that date has changed.

The originally anticipated grand opening date of Ichiban Buffet has been pushed back to sometime in April, an employee of the new international buffet in the Shops at Springfield Park tells Patch.

According to the employee, the restaurant hopes to open by the end of the month but the opening date is dependent on passing inspections.

The restaurant is on the south side of the shopping center  in the former Old Country Buffet location "behind" Famous Dave's.
