Springfield's municipal races went to the GOP Tuesday, with the Republican Party winning every seat.
Unofficial results from Delaware County showed that:
- Robert Simpson was elected to a 6-year auditor term, defeating Nader Ayoub.
- Margaret Young was elected Tax Collector, defeating Nancy Baulis.
- Gina Sage was elected commissioner in the 2nd Ward, defeating Michael Bertolino.
- Paul Wechsler was elected commissioner in the 4h Ward, defeating Mandy Santiago.
- Robert Layden Jr. was elected commissioner in the 6th Ward, defeating Michael A. Kellar.
