Springfield Democratic Committee Clean-up of Springfield Road

To help commemorate Earth Day, the Springfield Democratic Committee is looking for volunteers to participate in the Committee’s Clean-up of Springfield Road. We have been doing this twice a year for the past several years – in the Spring to commemorate Earth Day, and in the Fall it coincides with “Make a Difference Day.” The more who come out to help, the more we can efficiently accomplish.

The Clean-up this year will be held on Saturday, April 26th, beginning at 10 a.m. We try to finish up around 11 a.m.
The meet-up point will be outside the Nationwide Insurance office at Brookside & Springfield Road, across the street from the Sleepy Hollow Delly (18 East Springfield Road).

5th Ward Committee Member Rocco Polidoro, is once again coordinating this event. Rocco provides orange vests, trash bags, gloves, and light refreshments. To confirm your participation and for more details and information, contact Rocco at 610-544-8900 or roccojohn@comcast.net.
