Crozer-Keystone Cardiovascular Days

Crozer-Keystone Health System is dedicated to reducing heart disease, vascular disease and stroke in the communities we serve. That is why we are proud to offer comprehensive "Cardiovascular Day" health fairs at our hospitals. Springfield Hospital will offer free glucose/cholesterol screenings, blood pressure screenings, stroke risk assessments and healthy information and activities provided by a range of Crozer-Keystone departments.

The event will take place on Monday, April 9 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Springfield Hospital main lobby.
