Obituary: Catherine J. Endicott, 52

Catherine J. Endicott, 52, a customer service executive, died on July 10, 2012.

Mrs. Catherine (nee Hinkson) Endicott, 52, of Bayville, NJ, died on July 10, 2012 at the Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ.  She had been ill for over 10 years.

Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Endicott lived in Nether Providence, where she was a graduate of Nether Providence High School. She was a graduate of Dean Jr. College and received a Master Degree from Berkley College of Music in Boston, MA. She lived in Chester County, PA before moving to New Jersey over two years ago.

Cathy had the pleasure of serving as a nanny and au per for many years before accepting her position as a Customer Service Executive for Decision One.

She had a passion for creating gourmet meals and desserts for friends and family. She also enjoyed writing music and lyrics, as well as playing any instrument she picked up.  She also raised saltwater fish and cultivated orchids.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest Endicott of Toms River, NJ, a sister, Jane E. (Bob) Driscoll and niece, Lilly  Driscoll of Moline, IL, a brother, J. H. Ward Hinkson of Escambia County, FL, three nieces, Nicole Hinkson of Delaware County, Kyle and Justine Hinkson of Drexel Hill, PA, and one nephew, Brandon Hinkson of Drexel Hill.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, July 16, 2012 after 3 p.m. until the time of her memorial service at 5 p.m. at the Kovacs Funeral Home, 530 W. Woodland Avenue, Springfield, PA 19064.

Interment will be private. Memorial gifts in her memory may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1 Reed Street, Suite 200, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
