Two Women Face Charges in Macy’s Theft

July 14: Security reported that they had two females in custody for retail theft at the store. Ptlm. Dante Annacone responded and took the two women into custody and transported them to the . A Yeadon resident was charged with retail theft for taking $281.00 worth of merchandise from the store. A Philadelphia resident was issued a citation for retail theft for taking $115.50 worth of merchandise from the store.
The incident is under investigation by Detective Bridget McCarthy.

Man Charged With DUI Also Wanted on NJ Warrant

July 15: While on patrol in the 1200 block of Baltimore Pike, Ptlm. Michael Kingsbury observed a vehicle driving in a reckless manner. The vehicle was stopped and the 26-year-old operator from Linwood was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody, taken to , had blood drawn, and was then transported to the . Further investigation showed that the man had an outstanding warrant from Cumberland County, N.J. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and related motor vehicle violations. The incident is under in investigation by Detective Bridget McCarthy.
