Teen's Purse Stolen at Dance, Police Say

Springfield Police are investigating a theft at a popular church event.

 

Springfield Police are investigating the case of a purse stolen at a church dance for teens.

According to a report by police, a Secane girl reported that someone stole her purse while she attended a teen dance on March 1 at the St. Kevin's Church in the 200 block of West Sproul Road.

According to police, the purse contained identification, a small amount of cash, house keys, and an Apple iTouch valued at $200.
