SHS Topples Penncrest in Senior Night Action
The Cougars come out on top of the high school football jungle against the Lions.
Springfield 30- Penncrest 14
The Springfield Cougars topped the Penncrest Lions 30-14 to increase their Central League record to 6-0 (6-1 on the season) Friday night in a home game.
It was also senior night and senior quarterback Adam Coyne stepped in for a second week to lead the Cougars to victory. The Cougars travel to Ridley to take on the also undefeated Ridley squad in an epic Central League showdown.
