Springfield Mall App Helps Back-to-School Shoppers

New Springfield Mall App makes back-to-school shopping easier.

, an affiliate of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), has an app to help busy shoppers save time and money.

"More and more customers are becoming savvy shoppers," said Maureen Weir, Senior Marketing Director of Springfield Mall. "They are researching what to buy and where to buy it."

How the App Works

The current app helps find stores, restaurants, and entertainment at Springfield Mall and other PREIT Malls. You can locate stores, specials, hours, directions and contact information right on your phone.

The new mall app, available on or around August 3, will make shopping even more efficient. It features a product search option, powered by Google, which will make it easy to find specific items at participating mall stores.

You can try out this new feature on the Springfield Mall website, before the updated app is available.

The Advantages

"The new app will have a great appeal to younger shoppers and busy moms," said Weir. "It helps comparison shop by brand, style, quality, price, and store."

The ability to quickly and easily search for stores that carry a particular item and compare prices saves customers time and money.

The App is FREE

The Springfield Mall app is available for free at the Springfield Mall website, iTunes, and Google Play.
