Small group training is the perfect answer for getting the results you want...for a fraction of the price! PLUS, you get the added bonus of working with a group of people which will motivate and encourage you, create a sense of friendly competition and keep you accountable.
Each session will start with a time of cardiovascular activity and will focus on a different part of the body, depening on the day of the week. Some sessions incorporate boxing or interval training, while others work your endurance and strength.
Come ready to work! Make sure you reserve a spot, as sessions have a 6 participant max!
