Delco SPCA's 'Scarecrow' Awaits His Yellow Brick Road

This mostly black, Shepard blend may not have an original name but he's part of the Delco SPCA's Wizard of Oz team. Doggie, aka the Scarecrow, is a sweetheart that is just looking for a friendly place to call home. He would do best in a home with children over the age of 12 and loves to go for walks and sniff around. Doggie is part of the Wizard of Oz special at the Delco SPCA and his adoption fee is just $20.13 through Aug. 19. 

UPDATE: Cat Mr. Meowgi and Dogs Gail and George are all still awaiting adoptions.
