We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience When you called and told the owner what happenend with color being on your shirt, i was apologetic and I paid to replace your shirt. The following week you called to say you were not happy with the color of your hightlight, in wich i made it a point to fit you in Kristins busy day. Free of no charge! On Groupon it clearly states that there would be a up charge for a toner. The day you came in to correct the color of your highlight the other stylist were in the back perpairing for there day. If you would have requested for a different stylist, that would not have been a problem. The groupon you bought was for a full highlight wich does not cover Ombre color. Considering it takes a lot more time and technique for the Ombre affact, there should have been an up charge that we did not charge you for. The keratin is a EXPRESS treatment, that lasts 16 shampoos, You do Not use conditinor for this service! The reason for this is that the keratin will not set in the hair and would make the treatment worthless. We strongley care about our clients and satisfaction of their service. And even more so our reputation! Again i apologize for you unpleasant experience.

Do not go to this "salon" They are expensive, unprofessional and the service is terrible. Haircuttery is better than this place. Purchased a groupon - huge mistake - for haircut, highlights and keratin treatment. Kristin my stylist was bad. She didn't know how to do ombre color/highlights, she got dye all over my face, ears and arm. When she washed my hair, she didn't do a good job, leaving lots of toner in my hair and in the process got my back completely wet. I said something to her multiple times - she made no attempt to dry me and told me it was just water. In fact - she bleached the back of my shirt out. I called when I got home and discovered this. They offered nothing. I asked for money to buy a new shirt and they said OK. The next day when I washed, a bunch of red toner came out and there were huge color variances. I called again and they said I could come in and have the toner reapplied. The keratin treatment is not a real keratin treatment - they use Touch of Keratin spray - do the research. Because of the so called keratin treatment they couldn't use conditioner on my hair - which made from a very unpleasant comb out after the wash . Sheena - the manager/owner?, kept making comments to Kristin to do things differently and kept giving her looks. Sheena also made no attempt to speak with me, make sure that I was happy or satisfied after the various issues I had. I am completely disgusted with the place and the people working there. BEWARE

I purchased a Groupon online, I have to say, this was the best hair cut ever!!!!

Exceptional cut, and I mean every time.

I have been getting my hair done at Sheena Janelle's for 10 years! They are the best around!
