Springfield Trash Collection for Labor Day
You're not the only one getting a long holiday weekend. So are the crews that collect your trash.
Labor Day is one of 11 holiday when the township won't pick up your trash.
"In the event of a holiday, please hold your trash and paper/commingled recycling until your next scheduled collection day," reads the township's website.
If your trash is not usually collected on a Monday, then your trash collection will not change.
