What's Open on Labor Day
A look at business and government buildings that will be open in observance of Labor Day.
In observance of Labor Day, honored on the first Monday of September, the following businesses will be open for the federal holiday. So while most government offices and some businesses may close on this day, some do not.

The following businesses will be opened on Monday, Sept. 2 unless otherwise stated.

Grocery/Convenience Stores
- Wawa: Open
- Giant: Open
- Acme: Open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Springfield Mall: Open
- Delaware County SPCA: Open from noon to 4 p.m. for adoptions, a bake sale and a BBQ
- Healthplex Sports Club: Open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Check here for the group fitness schedule
